Description

An excellently maintained and remarkably rare Whitworth rifled muzzle-loading carbine made by Thomas Turner of Birmingham, intended for use in the 1860s by Volunteer Yeomanry.

Length: 104 cm.
Caliber: .451 (52 bore)

It sports a very clean bore, Whitworth rifling, strong action, and a blued barrel. There is a minor crack on the underside of the stock, but overall, it is in excellent condition.
