Description

A beautiful, large pair of French bronze-spelter figures designed by Ernest Rancoulet (1850-1915), titled Agriculture and Navigation, circa. 1870. Both figures have an impressed signature and an applied title plaque to the stepped, circular plinth, and are raised on a turned, lacquered wooden base. The Navigation figure is approximately 70 cm high x 25 cm wide. The Agriculture figure is approximately 68 cm high x 25 cm wide.
