WW1 Trio and Bose War replacement medal to Albert Henry Yimms. Crew member of HMS invincible. Purchased from family.

By family repute, Albert Henry Yimms tampered with his service record to secure an early discharge after his wife had a vision that he would die in combat.

HMS Invincible suffered a similar fate to Hood with nearly all hands lost following a magazine explosion. By this point, Yimms was imprisoned for tampering with his service record.
