An 18ct yellow gold and diamond cluster ring. The central sapphire is set within a border of baguette cut diamonds. The central oval cut sapphire is approximately 0.8 x 0.5 cm. The shank is stamped 750 and ring size Q. Total weight is approximately 7.3g.
