Description

A Victorian oil on canvas painting, "Riverscape and Fisherman scene", signed lower right, Alfred Green.
Alfred H. Green is a British renowned landscape painter, was born in Birmingham in 1844. His works were exhibited at the Royal Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and also at the Royal Academy and British Institution in London. He died in 1870.
