Description

A beautiful other ranks 1854 pattern breast and backplate to a French cuirassier made by Klingenthal. Date illegible but probably dates between 1854-59. Other visible markings include breast and backplate dimensions and manufacturer marks. Possible regimental marks can be seen on the armour although they have not been deciphered.

Condition:
Good condition and complete with the exception of the leather waist strap which no longer exists.
